Oops he did it again

Flex Thunderstache strikes again!

This time he threw our consent forms in the bin.

The ones I need to take to the clinic with me this Friday.

- Forms have now been retrieved from the wheelie bin.

I commend you Flex Thunderstache for actually tidying up,
